Aluminium Bi-Folding and French Doors
‘We had been talking about a garden room for some considerable time. Like many, after the nationwide lockdown we contemplated various options, and how to best utilise space for work and our various family interests. We then started to look at both local and national garden room companies and their offerings.
The Ultimate Evolution Doors
The remit was for a multi functional room. Jo, is a fitness instructor and wanted a quiet retreat for her Yoga and Pilates, for me it was a working space option, to remove a 90-minute commute 3 days per week and a TV Projector/Film night hide away to relax in as well.
We were in the first instance quite despondent on the garden rooms we went to look at. The products seemed to be based around an extended ‘shed’ type room, that appeared cheaply made with chunky PVC doors.
Thankfully, a friend of a friend recommended a builder who instantly provided further inspiration, had the skills and resources to create exactly what we required. He showed us brochures of the Ultimate Collection Doors and how slim the Aluminium Evolution Doors are in comparison to others we had seen.
The whole project went smoothly and was completed within a couple of weeks. It really helped that both the aluminium bifold and French doors only took 10 working days from order to delivery. When the doors arrived, they were fully wrapped, and our builder installed both within a couple of hours!
The bi-folding doors really open the room up to the outside and create the perfect amount of natural light. We were very impressed with how easy they are to operate and how effortlessly the doors glide into position.
