Sliders UK has added the PremiLine PRO from Kömmerling to its Part Q and PAS24 2012 compliant Ultimate Range of inline sliding, bi-folding and composite doors.

The PremiLine PRO delivers enhanced security without the use of interlocking bolts or exterior security measures, leaving sightlines uninterrupted.
Offering lead times of just two weeks, the addition of the German-engineered system, forms a central element of Sliders UK’s ambitious 2016 growth strategy.

Kömmerling launched the PremiLine PRO in summer 2015. Available in 2, 3 or 4 panel openings, high security locking mechanism operated through patented interlock shootbolt system. Sitting internally within the upright and operated with a simple thumb turn, it eliminates the need for plunge bolts.
High quality stainless steel tracks guarantee the maximum possible service life and smooth running, while the clean sightlines of the 70mm outer frame are further enhanced through a wide choice of colours and low sightline black or grey gaskets.
It’s central thumb-turn opening and closing mechanism, means that the PremiLine PRO can also be operated from a seated position. Available with a low threshold option, this makes it suitable for wheelchair users, meeting requirements under Part M and the Lifetime Homes Standard

Sliders UK became the first manufacturer of a Secured by Design accredited inline sliding door in 2008, adding PVC-U and aluminium bi-fold doors to its staple product range in 2009, followed by a composite door offer in 2012.
In addition to Kömmerling, manufacturing in PVC-U systems from Eurocell and Duraflex and aluminium systems from ALUK, the Bamber Bridge-based fabricator supplies more than 300 inline sliding doors, 50 bi-folds and more than 200 composite doors to the trade each week. This includes its Part Q compliant SBD and PAS24:2012 approved inline sliding and bi-fold door ranges.
